S Valet Roissy Avis

I ordered a parking place from 12h00 at noon not knowing when I can arrive at the airport coming from Belgium. I arrive around 16h00 and they ask to pay an extra fee. It should be the opposite because I dit not use their parking for 4 hours? (Please consider this as a joke). Unfriendly messages were following sending to my mobile. The contract mentioned to inform them 30 minutes before you arrive; we did around 15h30 so perfect according the agreement but we already received several messages to pay extra because of our later (so not earlier) arrival. Not happy with their unfriendly and absolute not guest friendly messages. It's all about money... Please let them change their contract rules so it will become more clear for the customers.

Nous avons récupéré la voiture plein de pollen et d'une chiure d'oiseaux sur la voiture alors que nous avions réglé un supplément pour qu'elle soit couverte. C'est le bémol à la prestation sinon contact et ponctualité au top !
